gtx 1070 FTW or zotac gtx 1070 amp extreme?

The cheaper one. Anything that is a GTX1070 will pretty much run and turbo to the same frequency within the same use case scenario anyway.

After the whole EVGA FTW fiasco with potentially bad caps, I'd actually get the Zotac instead.
