gtx 1070 Ftw Water cool?

on EK's GTX 1070 waterblock compatibility list it says that the EVGA 1070 sc acx 3.0 is supported but the FTW version is not on the list. would the waterblock still work on the FTW? I figure the actual GPU block themselves would be the same but maybe im wrong

Which block are you looking at? I'm on EK's site, and see that the 1080 and 1070 jEVGA FTW versions. Same block fits both models. https://www.ekwb.com/shop/water-blocks/vga-blocks/full-cover-for-nvidia-geforce/geforce-gtx-10x0-series

Haha completely missed that block. I was just looking at the regular 1070 versions. Thanks for the help

No problem, glad to help. I just finished integrating my 1080 w/ full-cover block myself this weekend. Highest temp I've seen is 40C in both 3Dmark tests and gaming. Idle around 30 to 32C. Much better than 83C full load w/ with stock cooler.
