[SOLVED] GTX 1070 GPU Speed at 107% even on idle

I have tried changing the power to optimal in the nivida control pannel but it did not solve the issue. GPU Tweak II is saying that my GPU Speed is constantly at 107%% even at idle. I can provide screenshots if needed. My card is STRIX-GTX1070. Temperatures and everything else looks fine. I have also done a clean update of drivers.

The FAN SPEED entry in MSI AB is showing ZERO rpm/% of fan speed. 107 is a different value for the GPU, most probably clock, which seems normal.

This card is not overclocked.

I don't see any problem with your GPU.
