GTX 1070 + i5 or GTX 1080 + i7

this is my first post and i try to add partpicker link,

Looking for a good gaming PC (WOW, Overwatch, BF1 and so on...)
Bought a new Acer Predator for 144hz g-sync gaming and don´t want to upgrade anything maybe GPU in lets say 2-3 years.

Any suggestions about my setup?

Also running a second very old Acer V243HQ for just streamwatching or chat/Surfing

I am very thankful for any upgrades or tipps or better solutions.

Well, choice is pretty obvious if you have money for it,

Yeah well ... maybe any opinion about the setup? Solide or any change suggestions? i5-6600k vs i5-7600k or i7-6600k vs i7-7500k
Thinking about price/power value 😀

If choice must be made, i5 7600K + GTX 1080 should be just as good for games.
