so i recently upgraded my cpu from i5 7500 to i7700k due to my low fps on overwatch , besides getting 10-15 fps boost im still getting 120-130 fps mid fights when all of my settings are on low , changing render scale to 75 doesnt seem to work.
i tried so many things and nothing worked ;/

Not a lot of info to go off of here, but it sounds like your FPS is linked to your Display's Refresh Rate (this is an option in OW). If OW thinks you have a 120hz monitor and this option is enabled, it will only render 120+10 FPS (approximately).

Look under your Video settings for "FPS Cap = Display Based" in OW and switch it to unlimited.

I'm guessing you might have a 144hz monitor. Keep in mind that running a 144hz monitor requires the correct cabling to achieve.. So you may have a 144hz monitor running at 120hz.

Also make sure you are testing without vsync, gsync, or freesync enabled.

yep me too i think my new and old cpu should have had stable 180-200 atleast on low settings , havent overclocked because i want to fix the problem not let it be
temps and usage are 63 c 70 cpu~ and 55~ usage

always had it on unlimited fps , i have like 220 fps in spawn , 180-150 fps going into the game and 120-140 fps mid fights.
yep i do have a 144hz monitor , what do you mean by correct cabling? like display port dvi and stuff like that? if so i have display port cable .
and yes i always have them off

I've read a lot of posts about 144hz monitors being shipped with crappy DP cables that can't support 144hz signaling. As a result, their monitors step down to 120hz. But with your settings at unlimitedFPS, I agree that you should being seeing much higher numbers. I can peg 120fps on my 980gtx w/ ultra settings (1080p).
