GTX 1070 in main slot and 2 780 ti in sli?

I have a Rampage Black Edition motherboard was wondering can run my 780 Ti in sli with my 1070 GTX in the main slot?, Or do I just run the 780 Ti's just for the physics side on the #2 and #3 slots with out the sli option?

1070 or 780ti in SLI for gaming. Can't use both for FPS madness. You could possibly use them as physics cards but you don't get a huge benefit from that anyway
