GTX 1070 loud fan

I was just watching youtube and my one of my 3 fans started to become very loud and it still will not slow down. it has 0% gpu usage and msi after burner is saying my fans are at 0% but one is spinning and loud

Try using a spray can to clean out dust from the metal heatsink that could be making it spin faster. Also take the card out and check all the fan headers where the fans connect to the pcb.
