Question GTX 1070 loud Fans at low Temperature

Today i was playing some games and then i opened a bigger game then this happend, my GPU fans started to get very loud for some reason, so i decided to take my compressor and dust it, plugged the Rig back in and nothing changed, so i used MSI After burner to see whats up, at idle it's fine when the fans are at 0% but when precentage goes up it starts to get very loud, at any precentage

Have you tried making your own fan cooling curve with afterburner?

yeah, no matter what percentage it's always fucking loud
