I have a EVGA Nvidia GTX 1070 sc and it seems that sometimes I get low clock speeds in all games which reduces the FPS. Recently I noticed this with BF4 where it was staying at 658 MHz.This is really annoying me because i have just spent 400 pounds on a brand new gtx 1070 sc and it is making me have stuttering and fps drops (i think) in most games constantly but i am always getting over 100 fps and then it just dips down to 50 then back up again. i have the latest nvidia graphics drivers for my card and no overclocks and the card never gets hotter than 65 degrees please help me fast. i recently upgraded from a gtx 960 from msi and it i never had this issue. This is my proof i also have a sysinfo problem if you could help with that also http://www.3dmark.com/3dm11/11837257
