Gtx 1070 not performing as it should

So i bought the MSI gtx 1070 gaming and on certain games like bf1 I'm getting around 75-90 fps on 1080p. I know it sounds good but I've seen many benchmarks video having 110+ fps easy on 1080p. Similarly hitman gives me around 65-75 fps only....
I have already tried removing the old drivers from DDU it didn't work me. I don't know whether this is a possible bottleneck or what ?
Also on Heaven unigine i got a 92 fps while on youtube I've seen several ppl getting 104-115.
Temps are always with 45-60 degree C.

i7 4790k ( stock )
MSI gtx 1070 gaming ( stock )
16 gb ram Gskill
corsair vs650
asus z97 mobo.

What's your CPU usage? Have you tried overclocking you CPU as it helps a lot when going for high fps

It is Mostly around 60 70 percent....
No i haven't I'm a noob in such matters and don't want to do anything stupid by mistake.
