Gtx 1070 on ebay.in is costlier than ebay.com

Hi guys ..! Srry for the off topic subject but i wanna buy gtx 1070..
So after searching amazon.in,flipkart,ebay.in
I found out that the price here in mu country much more than its actual price i.e $702(starting) i wondered with this price range i can buy gtx 1080 ..so i thought i should search international sites so i searched ebay.com here on ebay.com the price is showing is $483 including shipping ..and payment
But i check newegg international it is saying that same product is of $679 in india .. so what should i do
Do i buy it.. and yus is ebay.com safe i mean are products are real and worthy..?

Ebay is an auction site, so the quality of the product is going to come down to the quality of the seller.

I suspect that Ebay.com pricing would not be taking into account the customs tax charge for your country. If you buy it from a different country, then you'll risk having to pay the customs tax fees to get it delivered into the country. That's why ebay.in prices are a little higher.

When buying products on Ebay, you should always check the Positive Feedback percentage for that seller first.
It's shown at top-right of the product page, under "Seller Information".

There are plenty more fish in the sea on Ebay , ideally you want 99 -100% so don't buy the first one you see without checking that. Ebay itself is perfectly safe as a website, it's the sellers you need to be wary of, that's why Positive Feedback is such an important feature for buyers.
