GTX 1070 or 1080 with length under 10.0 inches / 254mm?

I am looking for a nvidia gtx 1070 or 1080 with a card length under 10.0 inches. Does anyone know of any? Seems all the cards on Newegg are 10.5in+.

The reference 1070, for instance, is 10.5 inches - just 0.5 inches too long in my case(pun), the SilverStone Sugo SG05 mini-ITX (10 inch maximum card length).

There's the mini-ITX 1070 from Gigabyte, but it seems absurdly short, it is not currently available, and will probably be more expensive than standard cards. Also it may be sacrificing cooling capacity with its short length.

Is it too much to expect at least one vendor to cut just 0.5 inches off the reference design?!

So there are actually zero 1070s under 10 inches, out of the dozens of cards already out?! This makes most ITX owners very sad.

it has every 1080 and 1070 model listed along with specs including dimensions.

you can hold 254mm (=10 in) and i see a couple 1070 models under that but no 1080 ones. these are the gigabyte mini itx you already saw and the asus dual oc that they just announced http://www.asus.com/Graphics-Cards/DUAL-GTX1070-O8G/overview/

the 1060 is going to be a lot smaller if you want to go that low of a card. FE card is under 250mm and most custom ones shown have been even smaller!!

So two cards are under 10 inches. Neither of them are available as of right now. Wondering when they are being released? Does anyone know where to buy either the Gigabyte Mini or the Asus Dual ?

they are both recently announced so may not see them for a while. no idea of any specific dates and they don't seem to give any. just a press release saying "look at this cool thing you may get eventually"

ASUS GeForce GTX 1070 Dual of 242mm

as for 1080s I haven't seen a single card under 267mm

I bought Palit gtx 1070 dual and installed it in sg05 yesterday. It fits well. Need to clear all metals on top of the case (brackets) and front fan, before installing.
