Gtx 1070 or gtx 1080?

Hello guys i currently have a pc with ryzen 5 1600 x370 mobo and 16gb ddr4 2400mhz and a gtx 1060 3gb but i am going to take the gpu and install it in my second build so i will buy another gpu:what is it more worth to buy a new gtx 1070 or 1070ti(around from 400-550 euros in my country) or buy a used gtx 1080(used 1080 are around the same price with a new 1070) will the 1080 bottleneck ryzen 5 1600 with 2400mhz ram i am planning to upgrade the ram too but in the future...

depends on what you are ultimately trying to get out of it. if you are running a 1080p monitor i'd say get the 1070. 1440p and above get the 1080. they are both very capable cards and will provide many years of fun gaming either way
