GTX 1070 or RTX 2060. (Read below please)

Hi everyone, I just bought a GTX 1070, and saw that the new RTX 2060 is a better graphics card. However, the 1070 I bought is theASUS GeForce GTX 1070 STRIX-GTX1070-8G-GAMING 8GB 256-Bit GDDR5 PCI Express 3.0 HDCP Ready Video Card
( https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814126111 ) which cost $500, and
the RTX 2060 I'm planning to buy, the ZOTAC GAMING GeForce RTX 2060 Twin Fan 6GB GDDR6 192-bit Gaming Graphics Card, Super Compact, IceStorm 2.0, ZT-T20600F-10M ( https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?item=N82E16814500458 ), which is $350.
Is RGB and the triple fans the only reason why the 1070 costs $150 extra? Also, if not should I stick to the 1070 or return it and grab the 2060?

There are GTX 1070 models available for less than $350 also. You simply made a not very optimal buy decision.

I see, I'm pretty new to this kind of stuff, and wasn't sure if GIGABYTE graphics cards were really reliable. Thank you for your response
