gtx 1070 or Rx 580

I am planning on upgrading my graphics card to a 1070 or a rx 580.

The 580 is really cheap but I am not sure, since how cheap it is.
Which I could buy right now or should i wait and buy the 1070.

Also thank you and this is in Canadian dollars. Also wondering how is newegg on shipping ?

Your processor can support both, so that not an issue.
It all depends on your budget and monitor specs. If you are on either 144hz or 1440p, then the 1070 is a must.
On 1080p/60hz, the 1070 would last way longer than the 580, but both would serve you well for now. Withe the 1070, you can drive most games on ultra on 1080p/60hz.

Newegg and Amazon are premium brands to shop on. Usually safe and right on time. Personally never had any bad experience with either.
