Hello,So the problem im having is im constatly getting bad fps at new games!
The gpu usage is 100% no cpu bottelneck,the thing is im getting bad vibes that this might be a fake gtx 1070,when i open up gpu-z,the default clock is 1633mhz and the memory 2002mhz
and than i open up cpu-z,click on graphics and than its says that the clocks are 139mhz and memory at 810mhz!
Now thats not the only thing when i go at user http://www.userbenchmark.com and run the benchmarks its says this for the gpu:
24.6% is a below average 3D score (GTX 1070 = 100%). This GPU can handle older games but it will struggle to render recent games at resolutions greater than 1080p. (Note: general computing tasks don't require 3D graphics)
and it says its 24.6% Poor,it also says Performing way below expectations!
what could it be,if anyone could i would be very grateful!
