Gtx 1070 power input

Hi everyone, i've interest on gtx 1070 cards and i'm trying to get the cheapest one. It is palit gtx 1070 super jetstream.
From the web i acknowledge it only has 1x8 pin power connector. Does it affect on performance somehow?

It will not effect performance, you will still be able to overclock as well if you wish but you may not be able to overclock it as much as say the asus strix card which as a 6+8 pin. For the sake of 1-2 fps it's not worth the extra cash in my opinion.
