I have a gtx 1070 and core i3-8350k. The game i play the most is Rainbow Six Siege, would I be able to run Siege on minimum graphics except the taa which i have at 100 refer scaling and 0 sharpness. Would i be able to run a steady 120hz on an ultra-wide 3440x1440 monitor? And if I can would it be worth it to get a 16:9 monitor at 144hz just for the extra 24hz? I’m coming from a 60hz monitor and I’ve never used anything other 60 and 30hz so i don’t know if i will be able to tell the difference between 120 and 144hz. I would really like to get an ultra-wide but i don’t know if 120hz will be a lot worse than 144hz. Thank you.

I have had a 144hz for a good 5-10 years now the difference between 120 - 144 not sure my personal thoughts would be its just a marketing play but it is worth going for 144hz the way I look at it is you spend a long time looking at the display so worth it.
my screen is a BenQ XL2720Z
