GTX 1070 says no signal

Hi all, I have a GTX 1070 and it was working fine for about 4 months. Switch on the Pc last night and all monitors show no signal. I have an ASUS 970 pro gaming motherboard so no on board graphics. I have tried different RAM, changed PCI-E slots, different graphics card, different monitors but still nothing. My mother powers up and all the fans and the water pump works the GPU lights up and fan starts to show it is working but just no display signal. Any suggestions?

Hi, Have you tried clearing the CMOS (unplug the power cord and remove the CMOS battery for a minute)?
