Hi, how are you guys doing ?

I have recently assembled my new pc - yesterday - and when I try to boot it up on my antique TV/Monitor I get a no signal display.

The curious thing is, when i tested the GPU using my old system - specs below - it started alright and I got video. But when using my news system - specs also below - I can't get video using my HDMI port, if I use a DVI monitor from a friend I can get video without any problem, but I can't get it using HDMI and my old TV with my new build, but got it using my old build.

The drivers are updated, the mb bios is updated, this isn't a ram, boot, cpu, gpu problem - I have no lights that indicated problems on.

I just can't figure out what it may be...

Here are the specs:

The TV Model is the AOC D32W831
My friend monitor is a BenQ XL2420Z

OLD PC SPECS:
CPU: I7 960
MB: Gigabyte G1 Killer Assassin
GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX ADVANCED GTX 1070 TI
RAM: 16GB of Corsair RAM - I can't remember the correct name or specs for this.
PSU: It's a old OCZ 1000W Gold Plus

New PC Specs:
CPU: Ryzen 7 2700
MB: Asus Rog Strix x470-f Gaming
GPU: ASUS ROG STRIX ADVANCED GTX 1070 TI
RAM: 2x8 G.Skill TridentZ 3200Mhz CL14
PSU: GIGABYTE 750W G750H GOLD 80 PLUS, GP-G750H

Sorry for any spelling mistakes and/or typos, english isn't my native language.

Have you checked connecting the HDMI port to the friend's BenQ?

If there's signal out of the DVI the card is working; as you said works on old system too and you have video output.

If you can get signal via HDMI on the BenQ that probably means the HDMI port on the graphics card is OK too but if no HDMI on BenQ either might mean the card HDMI port is not working.
