Hello, so I overclocked my GTX 1070 Ti SC Black Edition and it was +109 on the core and +0 on the memory. I did not add any voltage to the card. I started playing Destiny 2 like always and the last couple hours I have had stutters and the game actually froze at one point and I had to force close it. I have since reverted to default settings and it's still stuttering in game. I have an i7-6700k overclocked to 4.6ghz and it is stable. I took the CPU overclock off to test the system and it still stutters in game. All drivers are up-to-date. I don't know what to do at this point. 16gb EVGA 3000 DDR4 RAM

Have you tried doing a CLEAN re-install of the GPU drivers ? Use the DDU tool. I would also make sure to completely re-install any OC tool, including any saved profiles as well, via MSI AB, GPU Tweak, Precision X and other overclocking tools. After then do a clean re-install.

What's the make and model number of your PSU ? Reset al the BIOS/CMOS settings to default values as well, if need be.
