GTX 1070 TI Performance is Terrible

So I recently upgraded my AMD Radeon RX 480 4gb to a EVGA GTX 1070 TI and the performance hasn't really changed in any games. I'm not sure why, but the 1070 TI is performing like a 1050. I looked up some benchmarks in games with the 1070 TI in 1440p, which is what I also play on, and the difference is huge between fps. It's not like a 10 fps difference. In the benchmarks, the guy was getting 100 frames on Battlefield 1 in ultra settings, and I'm getting 30. In Fortnite he was getting 110 fps on maxed out settings, and I'm getting 40. Maybe I installed it wrong, so I included a picture, but does anyone have an idea what could be wrong?

Make sure you have all the power cables plugged in. Second I would download DDU (Display Driver Uninstaller) and remove all the AMD and Nvidia drivers then start fresh witht he latest Nvidia ones.

Also be sure your power-supply is adequate for the card.
