GTX 1070 Which one ?

Hi I have a question about the gtx1070 cards, Looking at the specs base & boost clock speeds of all the models cards some cards have higher clock speed numbers than the other cards like Asus Strix & Zotac AMP Extreme .
So my question is when gaming will the cards with the higher clock base/OC clock Speed numbers out of the box have higher fps then the cards that have lower clock Speeds?

All are they just all the same cards regardless what specs it says on the box/online ?

I've also notice some companys release 2
two type of the same cards like one will say OC/Boost on the box and the others won't.

So when a card says OC/Boost version out the the box does that mean I have an option to choose/pick while in desktop to go in OC mode?
Or it has to be done manually using a program?

BTW the MSI GTX1070 Duke looks way better than those previous models they were ugly as hell.

Yes but it is only a small, mostly insignificant difference.

Yes it is the same base card with slightly different values in the cards' BIOS.

Look at the base clocks for that card, that is how it comes out of the box. The 1070 also has a boost that works automatically and isn't manufacturer specific.

It says 1860 boost clock in OC mode. That means I have to install GPUTweakII and enable the OC profile for it to take effect.

on the specs page for that is says:

OC Mode - GPU Boost Clock : 1860 MHz , GPU Base Clock : 1657 MHz
Gaming Mode (Default) - GPU Boost Clock : 1835 MHz , GPU Base Clock : 1632 MHz
*Retail goods are with default Gaming Mode, OC Mode can be adjusted with one click on GPU Tweak II
