GTX 1070, Which PCI-E slot?

I have a MSI z270 pro gaming carbon motherboard, and I got a GeForce GTX 1070 Turbo 8GB, now my question is, in what PCI-E Slot do I put my graphics card for optimal performance?

you should always use the 1st PCI slot from the top
