Gtx 1070 windows 10 driver problem

Hi guys. Today i've reinstalled windows . I've installed windows 10. Then i went to install the GPU driver. I've tryied the one on the CD and didn't worked. So i thought, maybe it's out dated, so owent to Nvidia drivers , i've installed the latest driver but still don't work. Please help me. It says that it's not compatible. I do have to mention that i've changed the PSU too, with an Seasonic M-12II 620w Evo edition bronze and since that it doesn't work. Oh yeah there was an error before i've installed the windows with something like dll. Nvidia missing.

Is windows 10 updated to thew most recent version of 1709 , if not update it and then load the drivers.
