GTX 1070 with i7-6700k driver suggestions

Hi guys, I've had this build for quite a while now, but somehow I can't get the proper driver for it. For example, I have a friend who has a gtx 1060 and he's usually able to get a huge difference in fps compared to mine, under the same settings. I've already tweaked with nvidia's control panel, etc. I was hoping for some driver suggestions, in terms of fps stability, no stutter, etc. Thank you!

Download the newest driver from Nvidia.

Make sure your GPU isn't overheating/thermal throttling (should be under 80C).

If your both using the same hardware (or very close) and the same resolution/settings the difference should be noticeable with you having the higher FPS.

I've tried every driver there is, that is why I'm asking for a suggestion. Also, on the gpu benchmark you sent, it says that a 1070 should average 125 fps on fortnite maxed at 1080p and 220 on LoL. Mine does not. Last but no least, on CS:GO we both use the same visual settings, yet my fps are about 100 fps lower than his.

Check your CPU and GPU temps using HWmonitor (free).
