Hello Everyone, hope u all have a wonderful day i need a answer if its possible
I just bought few days ago like GTX 1070 8GB And my pc atm is 8gb DDr4 and Ryzen 3 1200, When i turn lets say Spider Man Remastered My Cpu Temp is alwayys 60 to 90+ even 100 , like u see on picture down but my gpu is like from 0 to 40 just randomly changing and changing , when i open Red Dead Redemption 2 My cpu is like 90 to 100 and my gpu same like in spider man just randomly going up and down from 1 to 30 fps doesnt matter if its low or ultra graphic same , but when i open Maneater my cpu and gpu is like normal idk like my fps in that game on very high is 60 to 40 even droping something gpu usage to 1 but rarely in that game that has nice graphic so idk if someone can explain me is this the bottleneck should i upgrade my CPU And Ram and buy SSd
