Yes, they will work together just fine. OC the CPU a little to get better FPS (not by too much admittedly, but still worth doing). You will need a stronger CPU down the line if you want fluid game play with everything maxed out. The 4c/4t CPU's max out a little in games like BF1/V, COD BO4 so having a CPU like a i7 6700/7700/k would be a good upgrade path to consider if you have any stuttering in game.

If you didn't buy the GPU yet, an RX580/GTX1060 6gb would do fine at 1080p. Save you a lot of dosh, which you could put to a new CPU.

Not the best PSU, but not the worst either. It will do if you don't OC. If you plan to OC get something decent. A good quality 550w will serve you well. Something like this:
