Question GTX 1070ti under performing

Hi I have a msi GTX 1070 ti and it's under performing I tried the power method I even formatted my pc and it still the same, drivers are up to date the pc specs are GTX 1070 ti
Ryzen 5 2600
16 Gb ram

the gpu load while playing is around 70% while the cpu is 40-50%

solution are much appreciated

What do you mean with "underperforming"? It's normal that the card does not reach 100% utilization in some games, or if you have an fps cap. I you have a lower than expected score in userbenchmark, that's because a lot of the people there use small OC's, and hence getting higher scores.

At least give us some numbers or fps/benchmark scores why you think your gpu is underperforming.

well I always play Destiny 2 and one of my friends has a GTX 1070 and his frames are approximately 150fps put me with a GTX 1070 ti only get 100 or a bit lower with a low settings , frame cap is disabled

1x 16GB? 2x 8GB? 4x 4GB?
Memory frequency?


Cpus have multiple core/threads. Looking at the cpu usage as a whole is therefore wrong.
Monitor each core/thread. A cpu limitation can happen on just a single thread.


the rams are
16GB (2 x 8GB) 288-Pin DDR4 DRAM DDR4 3000 (PC4 24000)

I will chek on the cpu cores
