GTX 1070Ti vs GTX 1080—worth the extra $80~?

I could get the 1070Ti for $345.
1080 on the other hand, are around $428.

Does it worth the extra price? ($80~ in my case.)
I plan to upgrade my Motherboard & CPU as well, so I need to save more money here.

Only if you planning on gaming on 4K, otherwise you might not see any differences between the two and even then you see 5-9 FPS difference.
