GTX 1077 on z77 Pro4-m

Hello everybody.

I would really appreciate some help with the compatibility problem. I would like to get gtx 1070 but I am unsure will it be compatible on my motherboard Asrock Z77 Pro4-M?

SPECS:

i5 3.4 Ghz
8GB RAM
600W PSU
Motherboard: AsRock Z77 Pro4-m

I am afraid of bottle-necking. I have read a lot of reviews and searched a lot around, but all I get are mixed opinions.

In some case yes, your processor will bottleneck the gpu a bit... Here's some magic advice.... EVERY computer in the world has a bottleneck. It just means which piece keeps it from running a particular task faster. In a lot of cases that cpu will be able to max out the gpu and it will be the bottleneck, other times your cpu will be, it's not like bottleneck is some weird thing that slows your system down, with vsync off every computer is bottlenecking somewhere

So you are saying that, no matter the bottlenecking, it should run fine with my specs? There won't be any other problems?

i'd happily run a 1070, although at 1080p a 1060 might be more appropriate and less of an overkill.
