GTX 1080 + AMD Ryzen 5 1600 OR AMD Ryzen 7 1700 for streaming games

Hi,

I mainly want to use my rig for streaming games like Overwatch and other fast paced FPS games. I want to play those games in 1920x1080 resolution at 144hz.

I have read TONS of reviews and articles about the new Ryzen series. I know the 1700 is better than the 1600 for multitasking, including streaming. But my question is if I am still able to play Overwatch at 1080p 144fps, and stream it at 1080p 60 fps.

Would a Ryzen 5 1600 bottleneck my GTX1080? The price difference from a 1600 to a 1700 is 100 euros in my country, so if it is not nescessarry I would rather not spend 100 euros extra.

Also, is the Gigabyte GA-AB350-GAMING 3 a good choice for a motherboard of this system?

well do u want the extra performance or not?
as the R7 had 8 cores / 16 threads opposing the R5 which only had 6 core / 12 thread
if u want higher/more stable fps and more performance in streaming, then getting a 1700 is the better choice

PS: the price difference between R5 and R7 are pretty big, even in my country, as the R7 had more cores/threads and extra L2 cache
