Gtx 1080 Build £950?

I am looking for a 1080 build at £950 or under for BF1 and CS:GO. I will be purchasing the parts in December as a build for Christmas so the 1080 will probably come down in price. I know the 1080 is an overkill for CS:GO, so I may go for a better motherboard and processor with the 1070. I would like the 1080 for future proofing however.

Here is the build I am looking at http://uk.pcpartpicker.com/list/LV6HxY. The GTX 1080 I am looking at is the MSI GTX 1080 Aero it is currently £560 on Overclockers UK. It gets the job done and is way cheaper than the FE cards. The B150i motherboard does not affect performance and has all the IO ports needed. I will be upgrading the storage the single stick of RAM is there so I can add another later.

I would upgrade the SSD and the PSU. Quality Mid-range SSD's include the Sandisk X400, Crucial M200, Crucial B100.

Are you seriously considering to build a gtx 1080 rig for csgo? I run csgo at 200-280 fps with an R9 280
