Hey guys I've had an EVGA GTX 1080 SC since around launch. It's been working fine until the other day, my pc won't boot. Push power button and fans spin less than a quarter turn. Removed CMOS battery, same result. Everything works fine on integrated graphics, but as long as the 1080 is in the PCI slot, it won't boot.

EVGA GTX 1080 SC
EVGA 750W Power supply
Asus Z170-A motherboard
I7 6700K

Solution
Power supply might have gone south, and now be incapable of handling the load...

Unfortunately, since 50-75 watts of power is supplied to GPU thru PCI-e slot, the same can be said of mainboard...

Most prefer to use a known good PSU of sufficient wattage first...

Next option would be to have someone else check your GPU in their board, if they are willing...
