GTX 1080 GPU FPS Random Drops

Hi Guys,
i have fps drops with my gtx 1080 EVGA.
my computer:
new ryzen 2700x
new b450 gigabyte
new ddr4 16 gb ram 3000mhz.
PSU 650W from antec

i rlly dont know from what i get this fps drop... sometime i play and my fps drop from 70/100 to 20 and get back sometime i get some freeze for 1-2 sec and get back to normal...
its happen only when i play, when i try to do stress test to the gpu all work good.
my gpu temp was 60/65C

with driver 417.71

i downgrade the nvidia driver from the last version to one low because with the new one my fps dont stop to drop down and the graph was worse.
this is was with the latest nvidia driver:

Could be a memory issue. What games do you have this problem with?

hi i buy new samsung SSD 500GB
the freeze fixed but the fps drops keep going.
i run any strees test and the results are aewsone no problem...
but only when i play this is happend to me.

its happen to me only when i play with 144hz
when i plug in the 75hz i dont get any fps drops...

Fps drops at really high fps are not a fault and rather common. Probably just to be expected then. Usually vsync frame limiter can solve this.
