Yes. Most modern day graphics cards are compatible with most modern day motherboards. The only compatibility issues that motherboards face are with CPUs, RAM, Cases, and rarely power supplies.

It already has it. Older boards required a bios update to work with UEFI enabled gpus. Your board is not affected by this.
