Gtx 1080 Maxed settings??

Hey i play gta 5 and i have a gtx 1080 and a i7 8700 and i was wondering if all of you guys out there that has a gtx 1080 are able to run gta 5 with ALL the settings maxed out and still have 60 fps at all times. I get 50-90 fps with ALL the settings maxed out but i prefer reducing the settings a little bit to obtain a rock solid 60 fps at all areas.

Resolution? Extended distance scaling in the advanced settings menu is a real performance killer and you will only notice what it does sating on top of a mountain or tall building, I would turn it down or off. MSAA also is a big performance hog.

I play in 1080p and 144hz monitor. Are you guys able to have ALL the settings maxed out and still have 60 fps at all times
