Gtx 1080 no sync vs Rx580 with sync and more RAM

Hey guys i am in need of some help with my build. I am buying a ryzen 5 2600x and can't decide which Gpu to get. I would immensely appreciate if any of you could help me out.

Here are my options :

I can buy the Gtx 1080 with 8gb of 3000mhz corsair vengeance or i could go for a Rx 580 8gb with 2x8 3000mhz and i would be able to enjoy a freesync monitor (can't afford g-sync right now). My goal is to play Fortnite, Cs Go, Overwatch and Wow at 1080p on a 144hz monitor.

I know tearing is bad but i honestly have no idea how frequently it happens or how annoyed i would be with it.

Ps: I know the rtx 2080 is out there but i am not from the US and prices in my country are absurd so 1080 is as far as i can go.

Running single channel ram with a ryzen is going to cripple cpu performance close to the difference between a 1080 & a 580 gpu.
You'll hit cpu limitations on fortnite & overwatch in those instances with a 1080 & a single stick.

If that's a 1080p freesync screen you're talking about go with the 580 is my advice.

At 100-120fps freesync will make a world,of difference when it comes to fps smoothness.

In wow & csgo you'll hit 144fps anyway without a doubt.
Its a tough choice as the 1080 is significantly more powerful than a 580 but having dual channel ram (2x8) rather than a single 8gb stick would make a world of difference in terms of performance. In all honesty I would try to save up a tad more and get the 1080 with the 2x8gb ram.
