I need help. I've never posted here before so sorry if I'm not doing things right, I'm just desperate. As of a few days ago my fps on fortnite (I haven't tested other games yet) will drop to like 30fps and below. HWmonitor shows it's at like 10% power and 10% utilization... I tried different PCI-E slots, reinstalling drivers.. Is my card going bad?
P.S. On a side note I was testing recording with obs using the gpu to process it (yes I know that puts load on the gpu, but it should be able to handle it as a 1080. I've done this successfully with a 980 before)
