Hey,
My PC at the moment:
Gtx 1080
I7 4770 non-k
MSI B85 G41
650W Silentiumpc Deus m1
32 GB RAM (DDR3)
What I use my PC for:
Pro work (Blender3d, Substance Designer/Painter, Video Editing) > Gaming
Blender can utilize 2 GPUs really well. Gtx 1080 TI is around 25-30% better in rendering 3d than gtx 1080. Another important thing, blender loves high Ghz on CPU when in the viewport.
I don't know what to do:
1. Sell my Gtx 1080 and buy Gtx 1080 Ti.
2. Buy another Gtx 1080 for SLI but I will have to change my motherboard and other things...
My Motherboard is really bad, it can't even support SLI and I also have DDR3 which makes things worse because if I change my CPU and motherboard to ryzen or new Intel CPU I will have to buy new RAM, DD4...
Is there anything you think I can do make my job easier - faster render time but without changing 80% of my PC hardware?
