GTX 1080 SLI psu requirements

I wish to upgrade to TWO gtx 1080s (asus strix) in the near future and im REALLY hoping my psu holds up and i dont have to buy a new one.
My psu is a Corsair 750w (CS750M)

A GOOD 750w psu is more than enough. YOUR 750w psu is not very reliable so I wouldn't think it's a good idea.

Yor PSU is not of sufficient quality. I will do the job regarding raw power, but with the amount of money you are investing in two 1080's, you should get a decent PSU. I suggest a Corsair HX series or AX series. Seasonic does really good PSU's as well.
My Corsair 650HX is from 2010 and still runs smoothly. It also ran two Radeon 7870 OC'et @1150GPU/1300MEM with no issue for years.

Your PSU is inadequate in terms of quality. Get this one, top quality:

Ten years warranty, and although you don't need 850W it is currently cheaper than 750W after rebates - a little headroom can't hurt, too.
