gtx 1080 ti and i7 4790 will do bottleneck ?
my resolution: 2k 144hz.
Will not there be any problem?

Yes. However the bottleneck only happens at the very VERY high FPS range, so don't worry about it. It's still a worthy buy.

You'll probably still have a very minor bottleneck even with that card. However like I said above, don't worry about it. There are two types of bottlenecking, 1. Bottlenecking that doesn't affect game performance noticeably. and 2. Bottlenecking that does affect gameplay.

Your in the #1 category. You'll be fine.

Also, bottlenecking depends on the game. Most of the time you shouldn't get a bottleneck but on some CPU demanding games there will be a small bit.

On gtx 1080 and i7 4790 with 1080p 144hz i will feel the bottleneck on cpu games ? I want for now gtx 1080 no ti becuase i dont have a lot of money. And i want 1080 for now. I will play on 1080p 144hz or 2k 144hz. I will get bottleneck on 1080p 144hz with gtx 1080 ?

Resolution has nothing to do with CPU load. If at 4k you're only aiming for 60fps / 60hz, then the i7 would be able to deliver that in nearly all games.
