I recently bought a zotac 1080 ti amp extreme edition to replace my old r9 290. After installed new video card I booted up computer, my Asus motherboard first stuck on error b2 for seconds then proceeded post to a0 normally. However after all these video card still didn't output signal at all.
I've tried updating mobo BIOS to last version ( it's ended up in 2014 ), clearing CMOS, fully reinstalling graphics driver, and reseating it to other slot, none of them worked.
The GPU cooler's rgb lights remain red that I guess it defines something wrong.
When using integrated GPU I could open windows device manager and see there's error code 43 with GTX 1080ti which said this hardware is stopped working. But when I changed back to my old video card it worked well.
Below is my PC specs:
System: Windows 10 x64
Mobo: Asus Maximus VI Hero
CPU: Intel 4770K
RAM: gskill 1600 8gb x2
Sound card: Asus essence stx
Storage: sata ssd x2, 3.5 inch 7200rpm HDD x3
PSU: Corsair hx750i
Anyone have idea please help.
