Hello,

I recently brought GTX 1080 Ti FTW3 from overseas so warranty or return is not an option.

GPU would run at 100% / 4300rpm. I used evga and afterburn app to turn the fan down, on the app I can slide fan speed but nothing will happen.

Is there anything I can do?

check for bios settings concerning fan speed. try to find if the bios was flashed. normally i woujld say rma but...

Somehow, reflash bios I able to control 2fans/ third fan still stuck at 4300rpm and it show 4300rpm on my screen. I guess it probably faulty fans, maybe ill try contact evga supporr for parts.

Have you tried lowering the fan speed from a software? e.g MSI Afterburner? You could try downloading MSI Afterburner and see if you can lower the fans manually
