GTX 1080 TI for $83? Too good to be true?

I was planning on buying a RTX 2070 and was comparing it to other GPUs on UserBenchmark when I noticed the website said the GTX 1080 TI was $82. I followed the links, and it led me to eBay. The seller's some place with a really good rating over like 16000 reviews, so I'm not sure whether to buy this or not. It feels too good to be true.
