So I have been having issues with my gaming PC since I built it. Hopefully this information helps!!
My original post can be seen here.

https://rog.asus.com/forum/showthread.php?93359-Gaming-PC-Problems-Please-Help

I have isolated the issue to ONLY happening when my GPU is under heavy load. My computer shuts completely off with no LOG or DUMP files. I have to push the power button to start it again as it goes to a complete power off state. I can force it to crash by running either Furmark in 1920x1080 resolution and 8x MSAA, also by playing PlayerUnknown BattleGrounds. Since the last time I have posted I have sent my MSI GTX 1080 TI Armor OC back to Newegg and purchased a ASUS ROG GTX 1080 TI Strix OC Edition. As I was under the impression that the issue was being caused by a GPU issue. My PC now consists of the following parts:

ROG Maximus IX Code - Motherboard
i7 7700k - CPU
Code:
ROG 1080 TI Strix OC - GPU
Corsair H100i v2 - Cooler
Corsair RM1000i - Power Supply
2x Samsung 850 Pro 256GB SSD (raid 0)
3x Western Digital Black Enterprise HDD's (2x 1TB 1x 2TB)
NZXT Hue+ - Lighting Kit
Gskill Trident Z RGB 3200MHz Dual Channel Kit - RAM

Here are what I have tried since my last posting.

RMA'd MSI GTX 1080 TI Armor OC
Using DDU in safe mode to uninstall drivers and complete a clean install
Inserting ROG 1080 TI Strix OC
Changing PSU to "Single Rail Operation"
Using separate cables from the modular PSU to each 8 pin connection on the GPU
Underclocking GPU to -60% Power Limit via MSI Afterburner
Disabling any unnecessary components. (Such as lights, HDD's, etc)
Upgrading from Corsair RM750X to RM1000I PSU

EDIT: Tested with using a completely different PSU to power the GPU (ThermalTake 750W Gold). - Still Shut off.
EDIT2: Replaced Motherboard with MSI Z270-A Pro - Still shut off during FurMark. Lasted 27 minutes.
EDIT3: Replaced CPU with Celeron G3930 and ran FurMark again. Lasted less than 10 minutes.
EDIT4: Replaced Entire PSU with Corsair RM750X - Still crashed
Removed all HDD/SSD from PC and installed Windows 10 on new 256GB Crucial SSD, Rebooted in to safe mode, Used DisplayDriverUninstaller 17.0.6.8 to uninstall all display drivers installed by windows and turn off windows automation of driver installing. Installed Nvidia drivers version 384.76. --Still crashed.

Some things I have noticed:

I have a GTX 760 SC that I put in while doing my RMA process, This card made my PC stable enough to run PlayerUnknown for extended amounts of time with no interruption.
I did not try running FurMark on the 760 SC. I ran my original MSI Armor GTX 1080 TI OC on another machine for 24 hours with no crash. With any GTX 1080 TI in my machine I receive a complete shutdown while running FurMark. It doesn't give any kind of warning before shutting down. No logs occur during this process. No DUMP files, No nothing.

Conclusion: I am lost, It does not make sense for anything other than a power issue. (in which I have already upgraded my PSU to no avail.) My PC is stable with another GPU in there. I am pulling at strings here. I am almost 3500 in to this PC and it is not working. Any help would be greatly appreciated. If anymore info is needed I will be closely monitoring this thread. I am willing to do whatever it takes to get this finished.

Yea I have, Bios is current version. I am currently installing a MSI ARMOR RX 480 to FurMark to see if it crashes. So far today i have tested different CPU, Mobo, RAM and now GPU :/ Might as well build a new pc at this point.

I closely monitor HWinfo. When my Pc shuts off my GPU is well within TJ MAXX. My CPU is De-Lidded, running 100% utilization it hits 77c max. Thanks for the reply!

Check power adapter cables from psu to card, make sure pins are securely attached to pins in connectors. No crimps, kinks, pinches or other obvious damage?

Did you use the new cables from the new PSU?

Longshot question, are you sure 120 outlet comp is plugged into good?

Thanks for your reply biglizard! I have modular power supplies and today, concerning the PSU I have tried Swapping from my Corsair RM1000I to a seperate Corsair RM750X. I have swapped the modular cables as well. I have tried moving the modular 8 pin connection to different ports on the power supply as well. Cables look good, not glorious but much better than other stock cables I have seen! The outlet is not an issue, I was using one on my desk at my computer shop. I've been using this power strip for going on 2 years and it works like a champ! Never had issues with any other PC's like this one. Thanks for your time my friend!

You have a gremlin!

Another longshot have you tried breadboarding the system?

I'm at a loss, I agree I think it's a power problem. But it seems you have tried just about everything.

Yes, It is currently on my desk at work with only cpu/gpu/cooler/1 SSD/RX 480 and PSU plugged in. Im running it overnight to make sure that it does not crash with the RX480. I just sent back a MSI Armor OC 1080 TI because it was doing this same thing. I chalked it up to a bad cooler and upgraded to the 1080 TI STRIX OC because of it's amazing cooler and its "seamless" integration with my other ROG hardware. Maybe I got two bad eggs in a row... But because it is the EXACT same symptom as the MSI... It makes me think that it is another piece of hardware... I'm really at a loss. I fell like I'm looking for a ghost!!!

UPDATE: I have Currently changed the DIMM Slots of my RAM from tha A2 B2 that ASUS recommends for this board to A1 B1 and have been succesfully FurMarking for 50 minutes. However I have a different heatsink and PSU hooked up ATM as well. So the problem is not completely Narrowed Down

After Swapping components again the Problem has Resumed. I have reinstalled the original Power Supply and Heatsink without moving the RAM. which reproduced the crashes. I first reinstall both the cooler and PSU together. Then Removed the PSU after the first crash and tested again. I have just installed a NEW Corsair H100i v2 and am testing again.
