Hi,
I have a gtx 1080 Ti from Gigabyte.
I am getting around 80 fps in Ultra settings of Battlefield V Single Player at 1080p

I checked benchmarks and they posted that 1080 ti gives around 130-145 fps on Ultra 1080p
Their CPU is i7 8700k and RAM clocked at 3866 Mhz

Now, coming to my case.

I am getting around 80 fps at ultra on 1080p when I am supposed to get 135 fps
My specs are -

Processor: i7 7700
Motherboard: Asus Prime B250-Pro
Ram: 16 GB HyperX Fury 2400 MHz (2 x 8 GB)
SSD: 250 GB - Samsung 850 EVO
Cooler: Cooler Master Seidon 240M
PSU: Seasonic S12II 620 W

Now, I understand my RAM and CPU is slower but I should not be getting 66% less fps than top end specs with the same GPU.

Can someone help me out with how to fix this?

I noticed lower fps in other games as well. Like I get lower fps on other games vs other people having same GPU as mine.

The reason I have a 1080 Ti on 1080p resolution is because my monitor has 240 hz refresh rate so I want to play at 240+ fps.

Your cpu is 20% slower and ram is ~33% slower but you do still seem to be a bit low.

Is your OS a clean install or clone from a previous build?

Latest BIOS for mobo?

Try using DDU in safe mode and reinstall nvidia driver.

How old is your psu? Those are good quality but if you can lay hands on a good loaner psu it might be worth a look.

My monitor is a 240 hz refresh rate monitor and it has g sync but I have it currently turned off.

Yes, running latest NV drivers

If CPU and DDR is the reason, can you suggest what should I upgrade to?

OS is a clean install when I upgraded from FX 8350 to i7 7700

I had upgraded GPU from GTX 980 to GTX 1070 to GTX 1080 Ti on the same OS installation. I used DDU to uninstall old drivers.

BIOS for the mobo is not the latest, I updated BIOS once around the beginning of this year.

The PSU is 4 years old.

Hmm - latest mobo drivers from their site?

Nvidia control panel set to max power?

Windows power settings on max performance?

I’d also use the gigabyte software or afterburner to set Power Limit and Temperature Limit to max to remove those as a factor (will not damage the card).

I have the 7700k @ 4.7ghz and a 1080ti with 16gb ram @ 3000mhz. I get 120ish FPS in multiplayer at 1440p all ultra TAA on low. What is your GPU usage at? My 7700k is a bit stressed at 1440p so at 1080p you might be CPU bottlenecked. Try setting TAA to low and report back what your FPS is.

I turned TAA to low, but it did not give me any noticeable upgrade in fps

Uploaded some screenshots showing all cores/ threads

No individual cores/threads hitting 100%

I also enabled XMP from BIOS, turned off Future Frame Rendering

The question here is how does techspot benchmark the game,if they just stand around in a spot with not much GPU heavy stuff going on than they would get a much higher avg than somebody who is playing multiplayer games.
You show this yourself with the pics you uploaded, in the sky you are getting much closer to 130-140FPS.
