Gtx 1080 upgrade for 410 watt

Hello.
I want to upgrade my gpu.I will buy gtx 1080 founders edition.Card is 180 watt and it recomends 500 watt power. I have 410 watt (180 watt + 230 watt power brick).
Will it work correctly ?

it would have to be a top quality PSU. What model of the PSU? I suggest getting a new card if its not top quality.

I have Asus g20aj and it has a portable power supply.

I see the ATX PSU wouldn't work. Your power supply supports a 780 so yes it should handle the 1080. The 780 requires 250w while the 1080 only 180w but dont overclock the 1080 else you could go beyond the limits of the power supply.
