GTX 1080 variants

Is there any difference between the GTX 1080 when comes from different brands like Asus, EVGA, Gigabyte, MSI, etc. Also what is the difference between the reference and the founders edition GPUs?

The manufacturers are just announcing their cards at Computex these days. As far as the "Founders Edition" is concerned, this is the new name of the reference cards, that is how Nvidia calls them now.
