GTX 1080 Vs. GTX 1070 For 1080p Gaming

i am building a pc and plan to have a i5-7600 kaby lake and either a gtx 1070 or gtx 1080 i got a deal on a 1080 that is $400 should i take that for 1080p gaming?

If you have that deal, I say go for it. It's not use paying the same amount of money for lower quality. Sure it's overkill, but at least you can upgrade int he future. Also, if you have a monitor with G-Sync, it will make everything beter (if you have that capability).

Are you planning on playing at 60hz?
